It is the Maintenance Supervisor’s duty to anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. An effective program of maintenance is essential in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.\nWhat you will do:\nPerforms all maintenance tasks for units and equipment\nOversees entire Maintenance Team \nManages work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner\nConfirms apartments are updated and move-in ready \nPerforms all mechanical walks for construction\nMonitors inventory and orders supplies as needed\nSchedules vendors and contractors and works side-by-side with construction to address any issues \nUses expert knowledge to abide by pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials\nInspects the condition of physical properties throughout the community and corrects unsafe conditions \nWhat you will bring:\nTwo or more years of maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred\nEPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required\nEffective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels\nAbility to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs\nMust be able to take calls for emergency requests\nMust have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for getting supplies and other duties\nWill drive a golf cart\nWork over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate\nIND1\nWhat we offer:\nGreat benefits, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision, behavioral health and more) on the first of the month following 30 days of employment\n401(k) Savings Plan (4% employer match; 100% vested immediately)\nCompany paid life insurance (1x base salary)\nPaid Time Off package with a carryover provision\nTraining and career development opportunities\nCompany Apparel Store allowance\nWho we are:\nDavis Development is a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with 25+ years in the industry and a best-in-class reputation.
