award\nManage all aspects of site design, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, water and sewer systems, pump stations/force mains, erosion control, SWPPP, and technical reporting\nPrepare construction cost estimates and support project bidding and construction administration\nProvide technical guidance, problem-solving, and mentorship to engineers and technical staff\nReview and prepare site designs, drawings, and technical/front-end specifications\nPlan, coordinate, and manage daily project activities, schedules, budgets, and scope\nConduct pre-construction meetings and oversee submittals, pay requests, change orders, and construction-phase activities\nDirect field efforts including surveys, testing, and construction engineering support\nServe as a primary client contact, managing communication and expectations\nEnsure quality control and compliance with company standards and project requirements\nSupport business development through client meetings, presentations, and public engagement\nLead and facilitate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams\nEffectively resolve complex or sensitive issues both internally and externally\nMentor and develop team members\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required\nProfessional Engineer (PE) is required\nMinimum of 10 years design experience in site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and permitting\nFamiliarity with federal, state, and local agency regulations\nExperience managing a wide variety of site development projects, and working with clients\nAbility to manage and communicate effectively with staff and clients\nExperience in Autodesk Civil 3D, SEDCAD, and
