In the role, the successful candidate will:\nReporting & Performance Analysis\nProduce and maintain regular management reports and dashboards.\nMonitor and analyse key business metrics, trends and performance indicators.\nIdentify opportunities, risks and emerging trends through data analysis.\nSupport the delivery of business performance reporting to management and key stakeholders.\nDevelop reporting solutions that improve visibility, consistency and decision-making.\nBusiness Analysis & Decision Support\nConduct forecasting, trend analysis and scenario modelling to support business planning.\nAnalyse business performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.\nAssist management in evaluating business opportunities and areas for improvement.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting and planning activities through analytical input.\nTranslate data into meaningful management information and business intelligence.\nPerformance Management Support\nSupport the production and ongoing development of performance scorecards and reporting frameworks.\nAssist in tracking performance against agreed objectives and key metrics.\nProvide analytical support to managers and business stakeholders.\nEnsure performance data is accurate, timely and actionable.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of performance measurement processes.\nData Management & Governance\nSupport data quality improvement initiatives across business systems and processes.\nAssist in maintaining data integrity, consistency and governance standards.\nIdentify data issues and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.\nContribute to the development and enhancement of reporting and data management processes.\nSupport business readiness activities associated with system and technology initiatives.\nStakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong working relationships across business functions.\nAct as a key liaison between operational teams and support functions in relation to reporting and analysis requirements.\nGather and document business requirements for reporting and analytical needs.\nPresent findings, insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.\nSupport projects and initiatives that require analytical expertise and business insight.\nRequirements\nAbout you\nWe are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:\nEssential\nThird-level qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.\nPrevious experience in a Business Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar analytical role.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.\nExperience producing management information, performance reporting and business insights.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience working with stakeholders across different business areas.\nDesirable\nExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.\nExperience using business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar).\nExperience supporting forecasting, planning or budgeting activities.\nKnowledge of data governance and data quality management practices.\nExperience working within financial services or a regulated industry.\nRelevant professional qualifications or industry certifications would be an advantage.\nBenefits\nWhat we offer\nAt Davy, our people are our biggest investment.
