The successful candidate will work closely with Financial Planning Specialists, Product Owners, technology teams and Private Client Advisers to help shape how financial advice is delivered across our key client segments. Over time, they will build deep expertise in our advice platform and proposition, providing an excellent foundation for a career in financial planning or as a wealth management adviser.\nIn the role, the successful candidate will:\nSupport the development and continuous enhancement of our digital advice platform.\nApply core financial planning knowledge to support platform design and development required to deliver a high quality advice proposition.\nUse and interpret cash flow modelling outputs and tools to validate planning assumptions and client outcomes.\nCollaborate with Project teams, Advisers, financial planning team and technology teams to deliver digitally led planning solutions.\nSupport testing, quality assurance and implementation of new platform functionality.\nIdentify opportunities to improve adviser and client experiences through platform and process improvements and innovation.\nAssist in the creation of planning methodologies, templates, training materials and adviser guidance.\nContribute to project workstreams and squad initiatives, taking ownership of tasks and deliverables.\nSupport the creation of client and adviser-facing content.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.\nThis role combines financial planning expertise, project delivery and business innovation.\nWe are looking for a self-starter with strong initiative with an understanding of core financial planning concepts and an interest in technological developments.\nRequirements\nAbout you\nWe are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:\nA degree or master's qualification.\nAt least two years’ experience in financial planning, wealth management or financial services with a strong interest in financial planning and wealth management.\nA fundamental understanding of core financial planning concepts and cash flow modelling.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail.\nThe ability to manage priorities and work independently.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nA proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take initiative.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.\nQFA qualification (or willingness to complete).\nCFP qualification (or willingness to complete).\nDesirable\nKnowledge of pensions, investments and taxation.\nExperience working on business change, transformation or digital projects.\nBenefits\nWhat we offer\nAt Davy, our people are our biggest investment.
