In the role, the successful candidate will:\nManage the end-to-end pension transfer process from a front-office perspective, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. \nPrepare and work closely with advisers and CSEs in relation to documentation, tracking transfer requests, and providing management information (MI) to support business decisions. \n Manage pension transfer-in (FO) \nOn receipt of signed information mandate, gather pension schedule, to include information on fees, bonus, penalties and underlying investments if available. \nLiaise with advisers to ensure transfer is in best interest of client. \nIssue transfer paperwork to advisors and collect same for further transmission to external providers. At the same time, query if PAO exists. \nChase and provide weekly updates to advisers on status, even if no progression. \nOnce all paperwork and requirements are met, including the setup of receiving pension scheme, pass file to Pension Operations Team. \n Manage Pension Transfer Out (FO) \nReview instructions received and if in specie requested, liaise with adviser and IA. \nWork with IA and advisor if assets need to be liquidated. \nEnsure pro rata fees are charged on accounts before transferring out. \nKeep client informed of process, any requirements and potential timeline. \nPrepare transfer packs and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. \nDraft templates for client signatures and coordinate with advisers for timely execution. \n\nTrack & Report:\nMaintain accurate records of all transfer requests and monitor progress to completion. \nProvide MI to management on \nPension transfer Funds Under Management (FUM) in pipeline. \nTransfer turnaround times and process efficiency. \nStakeholder Coordination:\nLiaise with advisers, operations teams, and external providers to resolve queries and ensure smooth transfer execution. \nEscalate issues promptly and propose solutions to minimize delays. \n Compliance & Quality Assurance: \nEnsure all transfers adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. \nWork closely witb pensions technical team and Client suitability team to ensure consistency of advice on pension transfers. \nConduct quality checks on documentation and data accuracy. \nRequirements\nAbout you:\nStrong understanding of pension transfer processes and regulatory requirements. \nProactive and commercially minded ensuring timely transfer of assets into Davy and a smooth client experience. \nStrong communication skills with both clients and internal stakeholders. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills. \nProficiency in MS Office and knowledge of pension administration. \nQFA or relevant pension qualification preferred. \nDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. \nAbility to improve processes where needed. \nStrong communication skills for stakeholder engagement. \nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. \nBenefits\nWhat we offer\nAt Davy, our people are our biggest investment.
