Vollzeittätigkeit).\nDas erwartet dich:\nDu verantwortest die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten HR Reportings mit dem Ziel, Transparenz, Entscheidungsqualität und Effizienz nachhaltig zu steigern. \nDu identifizierst und setzt KI- und Automatisierungspotenziale im Reporting- und Analyseumfeld um, sodass manuelle Aufwände reduziert werden und Analysen schneller verfügbar sind. \nDu entwickelst Dashboards, Self Service Analytics und Management Cockpits in unserem HRM-System Workday für Führungskräfte und HR. \nDu übersetzt komplexe Daten in verständliche Storylines und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Fachbereiche. \nDu sicherst hohe Datenqualität als Grundlage für belastbare Analysen, Automatisierungen und KI-Anwendungen ab. \nDas bringst du mit:\nErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalmanagement, Data Science oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen.\nMehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich HR Reporting, People Analytics, HR Controlling oder vergleichbaren Funktionen.\nSehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, Reporting und Visualisierung.\nHohes Interesse an KI und deren praktischer Anwendung im HR-Umfeld.\nAusgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren. \nErfahrung mit Workday oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen
