This role will partner with Data Science, Engineering, IT, and business leaders to develop AI-powered solutions that improve customer engagement, personalization, automation, and decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine AI/ML product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.\nLead development of AI/ML and Generative AI product capabilities.\nCreate PRDs, product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.\nPartner with Data Science, Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.\nBuild business cases and demonstrate measurable ROI/business impact.\nDrive experimentation, UAT, product launches, and post-launch optimization.\nManage internal and external technical teams and consultants.\nEnsure responsible AI, governance, scalability, and compliance.\nCommunicate product strategy and progress to senior/executive stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of combined Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, or software development experience.\nHands-on knowledge ofAI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, or Deep Learning.\nProficiency inPython, R, Scala, or SQL.\nStrong experience withPRDs, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, product roadmaps, a\nnd product lifecycle management.\nExperience leading enterprise AI/ML strategy and cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nUnderstanding of cloud and enterprise architectures such asSaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.\nPreferred:\nAdvanced degree in AI, Data Science, Business, or related field.\nHealthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated-industry experience.\nExperience with Responsible AI, AI governance, model monitoring, scalability, and cost optimization.\nExperience
