The system will retrieve relevant evidence, decompose claims into verifiable assertions, evaluate evidence support, and providetraceable decisions with citations. The system must recognize unsupported or contradicted claims andabstain rather than guess.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild production-gradePython/NLP pipelinesfor claim verification and evidence attribution.\n\nDevelophybrid retrievalusing lexical and vector search to identify relevant evidence.\n\nImplementclaim decomposition, natural language inference (NLI), entailment, and contradiction detection.\n\nEvaluate whether generated claims are genuinely supported by cited evidence.\n\nDesignconfidence thresholds, abstention logic, escalation rules, and human-in-the-loop workflows.\n\nBuild evaluation datasets with expert annotation guidelines and measureinter-annotator agreement.\n\nTrack false approvals, false rejections, abstentions, and other error categories.\n\nDevelop traceable systems that allow decisions to be reconstructed based onmodel version, evidence, citations, and reviewer actions.\n\nWork with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and scientific stakeholders to translate review requirements into technical solutions.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrongPythonproduction engineering.\n\nNLP / LLM / Generative AIdevelopment.\n\nRAG, hybrid search, vector search, and lexical retrieval.\n\nNatural Language Inference (NLI), entailment, contradiction detection.\n\nClaim decomposition and evidence attribution.\n\nLLM/model APIs and production evaluation frameworks.\n\nAI/ML evaluation, benchmarking, and error analysis.\n\nHuman-in-the-loop AI,confidence scoring and abstention.\n\nExperience with scientific, technical, regulatory, legal, or other high-stakes content.\n\nExperience creatingexpert-labeled datasets and annotation guidelines.\n\nStrong understanding oftraceability, citations, and reproducible AI decisions.\n\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge graphsand relationships between claims, evidence, references, products, and indications.\n\nDeterministicrules + ML/LLM decision systems.\n\nPharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, regulatory, legal, financial compliance, or scientific\npublishing experience.\n\nFamiliarity withclinical studies, statistics, scientific literature, and citation practices.\n\nExperience withLangChain, LlamaIndex,
