Serve as a key liaison between research scientists, legal teams,\nacademic institutions, technology transfer offices, and internal operational\nteams in a fast-paced research environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManageand process outgoing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) from initiation\nthrough execution and closure.\n\nCoordinatewith internal stakeholders, legal counsel, academic scientists, and\ntechnology transfer offices regarding agreement status and requirements.\n\nTrackand maintain agreement records, databases, effective dates, and contract\ndocumentation.\n\nOrganizesignatures, complete post-execution activities, and coordinate material\nshipments, including import/export documentation.\n\nManagehigh-volume correspondence and prioritize multiple requests while\nmaintaining accuracy and responsiveness.\n\nSupportcontract administration activities, including data entry, record\nmanagement, filing, and meeting coordination.\n\nEnsurecompliance with established processes and proactively identify solutions\nto operational challenges.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’sdegree in a scientific discipline;
