Seeking an Associate

Scientist to support purification process development, characterization,

scale-up, and technology transfer for biologics in pivotal and commercial

development. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, process

optimization, GMP manufacturing support, and collaboration with internal and

external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design

  and execute purification process development and characterization studies.

• Support

  process scale-up, technology transfer, and implementation at

  internal and external GMP manufacturing facilities.

• Develop

  and document experimental protocols, reports, and electronic laboratory

  records.

Required Qualifications

• MS

  + 2 years or BS + 4 years of relevant experience in Chemical Engineering,

  Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related discipline.

• Strong

  hands-on experience with biologics purification process development.

Preferred Technical

Skills

• Chromatography

  and AKTA/UNICORN

• Tangential

  Flow Filtration (TFF), Normal

  Flow Filtration (NFF)

• Centrifugation, High-throughput

  purification screening, Virus

  inactivation/removal

• Process

  scale-up and GMP technology transfer

• Design

  of Experiments (DoE), statistics, and data analysis
