The ideal candidate will combine strong Python software development skills with experience in scientific workflow automation, backend and frontend development, database management, and HPC/cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Develop scalable web applications and interfaces for computational biology and antibody design workflows. Build and maintain Python-based backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI. Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases for scientific data and computational results. Develop and automate scientific pipelines using Nextflow, Docker, and workflow orchestration tools. Support computational workflows in HPC environments using SLURM and cloud platforms.
