65/hr on W2\nDOE\nCompany Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick\nleave, 401K\nThe successful candidate will bring strong expertise inNGS, scRNA-seq, multiomics, and bioinformatics data analysis and will collaborate closely with molecular biologists, computational scientists, and wet lab teams to develop, optimize, and maintain bioinformatics tools, algorithms, and analytical workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams of molecular biologists, computational biologists, and wet lab scientists to design, optimize, and troubleshoot high-throughput sequencing and single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) experiments.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and analytical tools supporting assay development and diagnostic data analysis.\nAnalyze and interpretDNA, RNA, germline, cell-free DNA, NGS, scRNA-seq, and multiomics data.\nSupport the complete assay development lifecycle, including initial sequencing, analytical validation, troubleshooting, and production implementation.\nPartner with wet lab scientists to streamline bioinformatics workflows and improve assay development efficiency, data quality, and reproducibility.\nTroubleshoot data quality, integrity, accessibility, and analytical issues across diagnostic and research workflows.\nDevelop scalable, reproducible, and well-documented algorithms, tools, and workflows.\nCreate clear visualizations and reports to communicate complex biological and computational findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree with7+ years of relevant experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field.\nStrong expertise inDNA/RNA sequencing and bioinformatics data analysis.\nHands-on experience with single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis and interpretation.\nExperience with10x Genomics analysis workflows.\nProficiency inPython and/or R programming.\nExperience developing and maintaining bioinformatics pipelines and analytical workflows.\nExperience creating clear and insightful visualizations of complex biological data.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPh.D. inBioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, or a related discipline, with relevant industry experience.\nMaster's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, or a related field with relevant industry experience.\nExperience inclinical diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, or a related industry.\nExperience withmultiomics data analysis.\nKnowledge of diagnostic assay development, validation, and production workflows.\nExperience with distributed computing, high-performance computing, or cloud-based bioinformatics
