Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, this position will perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities within GMP-controlled areas while following established safety, quality, and documentation procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine cleaning of GMP areas, including ceilings, walls, floors, drains, stainless steel surfaces, windows, and ledges.\nMaintain GMP floors, including epoxy, concrete, rubber tile, and sheet vinyl, through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and other approved methods.\nVacuum and dust vents within GMP areas.\nCollect and dispose of non-biological waste and recyclable materials throughout GMP areas.\nFollow all safety procedures, protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.\nWork with the Supervisor/Manager to schedule daily work and assignments.\nVerify that all work is performed according to current procedures and established standards.\nComplete required training in SAP and use SAP for work-order execution.\nPrepare and communicate nightly site activity updates to the Supervisor or Manager.\nMaintain inventory of GMP cleaning supplies and escalate supply or operational issues as needed.\nComplete documentation accurately in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).\nReport issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Supervisor.\nPerform routine tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a clean and organized work area.\nMaintain a professional attitude and effective communication at all times.\nSafely operate cleaning and facility equipment as required.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n1-2 years of experience cleaning GMP-controlled areas or spaces.\nAbility to read, understand, and follow procedures and work instructions.\nBasic computer skills.\nAbility to accurately complete required documentation and paperwork.\nAbility to safely work around cleaning chemicals and facility equipment.\nExperience using equipment such as:Floor scrubbers\nScissor lifts\nManual pallet jacks\n\nAbility to lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to25 pounds, including boxes, mop buckets, and furniture.\nWork Environment\n100% onsite in Hillsboro, OregonHM may move the location for this role. pending confirmation.
