leadership\ncapabilities and peer leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinateleadership development programs, including training sessions, cohort\ncommunications, sustainment activities, and learner engagement.\n\nSupportdevelopment and delivery of training focused on communication, coaching,\nanalytics, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities.\n\nManageproject plans, timelines, needed.\n\nIdentifyopportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’sdegree.\n\n5+years of experience in Learning & Development, Training,\nLeadership Development, and/or Program/Project Management.\n\nStrongproject coordination, organizational, communication, facilitation, and\nstakeholder management skills.\n\nExperiencemanaging multiple projects, timelines, vendors,
