This\nrole will manage contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring accurate\ndocumentation, timely follow-up, and smooth progression through internal workflows.\nThe ideal candidate has\nhands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM, strong attention\nto detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts independently in a\nfast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManagecontract workflows from initiation through drafting, review, execution,\nand signature.\n\nTrackcontract milestones, payment triggers, renewals, and required\ndocumentation.\n\nCoordinatecontract drafts and updates with internal teams and external partners,\nprimarily through email.\n\nPartnerclosely with Salesforce, Business Development, and other internal\nstakeholders to resolve contract workflow issues and support complex\nagreements.\n\nMaintainaccurate contract records and ensure systems are updated throughout the\ncontract lifecycle.\n\nReviewcontract pricing and margins, compare terms across agreements, and\nidentify discrepancies or errors.\n\nSupportcontract scoping, negotiations, execution, and process improvements.\n\nHelpstreamline contract generation and lifecycle processes using Conga CPQ and\nCLM.\n\nManagemultiple priorities, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and keep\ncontracts moving through the pipeline.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2-5years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or\ncontract operations.\n\n2-3years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM.\n\nDemonstratedability to manage contracts from initiation through signature.\n\nStrongorganizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProactive,detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote\nenvironment.\n\nExcellentwritten and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbilityto collaborate effectively with
