Leave, 401K\nSummary:\nThis position provides hands-on technical support for corporate end users, laptops, desktops, and applications.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide Level 2 desktop/end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.\nSupport Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.\nImage, provision, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops and workstations.\nSupport Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and user accounts.\nWork with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Jamf.\nManage tickets using ServiceNow or another IT ticketing platform.\nProvide basic Zoom/Teams and conference-room issue triage.\nEscalate complex issues and document resolutions.\nQualifications:\n2+ years of recent hands-on IT/Desktop Support experience.\nStrong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.\nExperience supporting Mac/macOS.\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.\nExperience with IT ticketing systems.\nStrong customer service and troubleshooting
