The position combines strategic planning with hands on delivery and requires strong partnership with senior leaders.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild communication frameworks, governance, templates, and best practices.\nDevelop communication strategies that clarify complex scientific/business priorities.\nLead executive communications (messaging, narratives, town halls).\nDrive employee engagement programs, leadership forums, and high visibility events.\nCreate communication plans supporting organizational priorities and milestones.\nGather employee insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.\nSupport change communications and organizational evolution.\nIntroduce modern communication practices and measure effectiveness.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBA/BS and 10+ years in internal communications within complex, matrixed organizations.\nExperience supporting scientific, research, biotech, or pharma environments.\nExpertise in strategic communications, executive communications, and employee engagement.\nStrong project management and ability to influence senior leaders.\nComfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.\nPreferred:\nExperience in
