This role focuses on high-throughput purification (HTP) of upstream and cell culture samples, supporting downstream purification characterization studies, and developing and optimizing automated purification assays using platforms such as Tecan and Hamilton.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong hands-on laboratory experience, expertise in high-throughput purification methods, and the ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize automated laboratory workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nHigh-Throughput Purification & Automation\nExecute high-throughput purification workflows for upstream and cell culture samples to support process characterization.\nOperate, optimize, and maintain automated liquid handling systems, including Hamilton and Tecan platforms.\nDevelop, qualify, and refine high-throughput purification assays and microscale purification methods.\nCollaborate with upstream teams to ensure timely sample processing and data delivery.\nPurification Process Development\nDesign and execute purification process development and characterization experiments.\nConduct bench-scale purification studies using chromatography, filtration, and microscale purification systems.\nCollect, analyze, and interpret experimental data while maintaining data integrity.\nPrepare and maintain high-quality experimental protocols, reports, and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) documentation.\nTechnical Excellence & Collaboration\nSupport the implementation of new purification technologies, instrumentation, and platform enhancements.\nMaintain laboratory instrumentation readiness and identify opportunities to improve purification workflows.\nCollaborate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional teams on process development and characterization initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\nM.S. with 2+ years or B.S. with 4+ years of relevant industry experience in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related discipline.\nHands-on experience developing and executing high-throughput purification assays.\nExperience with automated liquid handling systems, such as Tecan and Hamilton.\nFamiliarity with microscale chromatography and purification platforms.\nExperience with chromatography systems, such as AKTA and plate-based chromatography, as well as filtration and other standard downstream
