This role will organize technical initiatives, maintain documentation, track dependencies and risks, and ensure clear visibility into status, ownership, and decisions.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, technically fluent, and comfortable working acrossengineering, product, data/AI, platform, security, and vendor teams. You will translate approved requirements into Jira work, maintain Confluence documentation, and support consistent delivery processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across technical workstreams.\nPartner with the Director, Technical Program Managers, engineering leads, and vendors to track priorities, ownership, blockers, and follow-ups.\nCreate and maintainJira epics, stories, subtasks, and testable acceptance criteria from approved requirements.\nMaintainConfluence documentation for technical solutions, workflows, architecture decisions, interfaces, dependencies, and processes.\nSupport backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, release readiness, and acceptance tracking.\nProvide clear delivery updates and escalate risks, gaps, and blockers to the appropriate technical or business lead.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience inTechnical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Software Delivery, Business Systems Analysis, or a related role.\nExperience coordinating software delivery across engineering teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors.\nStrong hands-on experience withJira and Confluence, including backlog management, documentation, dashboards, and requirements traceability.\nAbility to understand and documentsoftware architecture, APIs, data flows, cloud services, testing, CI/CD, and Agile delivery processes.\nExcellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities across distributed teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supportingGenerative AI, AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or enterprise AI applications.\nFamiliarity withcloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience withmicroservices, distributed systems, APIs, system integrations, or data platforms.\nExperience working with external technology vendors or implementation partners.\nIf
