Of Extension)\nRate: $40-$43/hr on W2\nCompany Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick Leave, 401 (k)\nAbout the Role\nYou will be supporting the Marketing organization with vendor contracts, purchase orders, invoices, supplier onboarding, and procurement operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage vendor contracts from initiation through approval and execution, including template verification and MSA compliance.\nProcess purchase orders (POs) and support invoice processing using procurement systems.\nCoordinate vendor and agency onboarding, including system access and required documentation.\nPartner with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to resolve contract, PO, and invoice issues.\nMaintain accurate records of contracts, purchasing, and invoicing activities.\nSupport vendor/HCP contracting requests and procurement workflows.\nTroubleshoot workflow delays and coordinate with IT when system issues arise.\nQualifications\nExperience in vendor management, contract administration, procurement, purchasing, or vendor operations.\nExperience with purchase orders, invoices, billing, or procurement operations.\nExperience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, Workday, or similar preferred.\nExperience with MyBuy or within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/healthcare industry is a plus.\nBasic accounting or
