This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of hands-on experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to reliable, automated delivery workflows alongside senior team members.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in creating and maintaining pipelines and templates using Ansible, Azure DevOps (ADO), and other CI/CD tools based on established standards.\nSupport the development and refinement of automation tasks using Ansible playbooks.\nWork with ArgoCD to implement GitOps deployment patterns, assist with application sync and drift-detection workflows.\nSupport OpenShift environments by helping manage build configurations, deployments, and image streams.\nParticipate in maintaining and troubleshooting AWS resources used in build and deployment workflows.\nHelp monitor and maintain the objects created on these platforms to ensure reliability and compliance.\nCollaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and learn best practices.\nContribute to documentation of pipelines, configurations, and deployment processes for training and operational reference.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n1-3 years of experience working with DevOps, automation, or cloud technologies.\nHands-on experience or familiarity with: Ansible (playbooks and basic automation patterns)\n OpenShift (deployment basics and understanding of pods/builds)\n ArgoCD (GitOps workflows)\n Azure DevOps (ADO) for pipelines and templating\n AWS fundamentals (cloud services usage & deployment support)\n\nBasic understanding of CI/CD principles and automation workflows.\nWillingness to learn new tools, processes, and DevOps practices in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a collaborative DevOps team with senior engineers.\nFamiliarity with Git, version control workflows, and branching strategies.\nStrong desire to grow in cloud and automation technologies.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\nEquivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education\nWe thank all applicants for your interest and referral.
