This role leads incident triage and resolution, performs advanced technical troubleshooting, and serves as a key liaison between application teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners. Exceptional communication skills and strong ownership are essential to drive timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.\nMust Have Skills\n1-3 years of experience in QA, web development, supporting QAT and non-production environments in enterprise-scale systems\nStrong experience handling, prioritizing, and resolving incidents and service requests using tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow\nProven ability to analyze system, application, and infrastructure logs to diagnose and resolve issues\nExperience performing QA activities including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)\nSolid understanding of APIs, endpoints, and service integrations\nHands-on experience with Dynatrace, OpenShift, ELK stack, and AWS\nAbility to lead incident triage, escalation, and root cause analysis activities\nExtremely strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external teams\nNice to Have\n Hands-on coding or scripting experience (e.g., Java, Python, Shell, PowerShell)\nExperience supporting cloud-native, containerized, or microservices-based architectures\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management\nPrior experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments\nExperience creating and maintaining runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge articles in Confluence\nExperience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical leadership\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\nEquivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education\nWe thank all applicants for your interest and referral.
