This is a hands-on role with real ownership, including coordinating external creative contributors when projects require it.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead multimedia design projects from brief to final delivery, managing timelines and quality throughout\nEstablish and maintain visual design standards across Daxko's brands, keeping consistency across all touchpoints\nPartner with teams across the organization to align on brand standards and support cross-functional design needs\nCoordinate external contributors (videographers, photographers, illustrators) as projects require\nMonitor how content performs, including conversion data, and adjust design approach based on what you learn\nStay current on design trends, consumer preferences, and competitor creative to inform Daxko's overall visual strategy\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\n2+ years of professional graphic design experience\nExpert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills\nStrong aesthetic sensibility across color, typography, and layout\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment\nClear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration\n\nNice to have\n\nBachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field\n4+ years of design experience\nB2B marketing or SaaS industry background\n\nDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
