A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred.\nMinimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, demonstrating expertise in project execution, engineering best practices, and leadership within the field.\nCurrent Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, underscoring your commitment to professional standards and ethical engineering practices.\nProven track record of successfully managing medium-sized projects, including budgetary oversight, scheduling, and staff management.\nFamiliarity with the latest codes, regulations, and industry trends relevant to civil engineering to ensure compliance and innovation.\nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $114,960.00 - $172,440.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
