If you’re a problem-solver with strong technical skills, a mechanical mindset, and a passion for improving how things work, this is your opportunity to make a difference every day.\nAs The Operations Engineer II here's the work you'll do:\nPrepare and update operator procedures for shop floor. \nAddress daily production related issues on shop floor. \nResearch and design systems related to continuous improvement.\nInvestigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. \nCoordinate with external customers on shop floor related issues. \nDevelop and maintain process layouts for existing or new processes and equipment. \nThis role is for you if you have these skills:\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of organization. \nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to: compute rate, ratio and percent, draw and interpret bar graphs. \nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple duties simultaneously. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. \nKnowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, AutoCAD or other 3D Drawing/Modeling software. Strong mechanical aptitude. \nAbility to prepare well written procedures and technical reports. \nAnd if you have these qualifications:\nBachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field; Required\n2+ years Engineering experience Required\nMust possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner OR current passport, indicating it is federally compliant.\nA positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.\nSuccessful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.\nCandidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.\nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $76, 080- $114,120.\nThis is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
