Maintains up to date documents and gives daily orders both written and verbal. Establishes communications that align with the security policies and procedures. \nProcesses NCIC background checks, creates badges, and assists with lock and key processes as needed. \nMaintains a thorough knowledge of all Plant rules and regulations while enforcing these with the guard force. \nThis role is for you if you have these skills:\nChange Management- Develops workable implementation plans and communicates changes effectively.\nComputer/Language Skills - Proficient in use of computers and associated software and extremely communicative orally or in writing.\nInnovation- Displays original thinking and creativity. Meets challenges with resourcefulness and customer satisfaction.\nOrganizational Support - Follows company wide policies and procedures; supports organization's goals and values.\nPlanning/Organizing- Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Sets goals and objectives and executes realistic action plans.\nAnd these qualifications:\nH.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required\nMust possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant OR Current Passport.\n2+ years related security experience Required\nSupervisory experience Preferred\nMust pass quarterly and yearly physical agility testing.\nMust be able to obtain secret clearance.\nA positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.\nGreat attitude and team player!\nCandidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.\nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $55,040 to $82,560. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
