If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and want a career that blends technology, precision, and continuous learning, this is your chance to get started and grow into a certified radiography expert!\nAs the Radiographer I Trainee here’s the work you’ll do:\nActively participating in training program to interpret images, learn radiation safety, and operation of equipment.\nPractice interpretation of production radiographs in accordance with procedure/contract requirements for experience, not acceptance.\nOperate regulated ionizing radiation producing machines and the associated radiation detection instruments under direct supervision in order to verifiy all are certified for accuracy and a current calibration certificate is on file. \nMay be asked to instruct operations personnel assigned to X-ray in proper procedures and operation of the radiographic systems.\nMaintian log book tracking training hours.\nThis role is for you if you have these skills:\nSkills and knowledge to process parts, document results and perform equipment standardization in accordance with approved work instructions.\nAbility to carry out necessary preparation of parts before or after inspection in accordance with approved work instructions. Conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.\nAbility to follow work instructions. Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.\nMust be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP.\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to use mathematics to solve problems.\nAnd if you have these qualifications:\nH.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required\nX-ray or Non Destructive Testing experience preferred \nAbility to obtain Level I Radiography certification\nAbility to obtain Industrial Radiographer License\nCandidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.\nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $25.50/HR (Plus $1/HR increase following required training). Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location.
