# Security Shift Supervisor

Position Description We are looking for a Security Shift Supervisor to join our SOC Team in Olive Branch, MS! Our Shift Supervisor provides shift-level supervision of CIFSO personnel and operations to support safe, compliant, and effective security coverage in accordance with contract requirements, post orders, policies, and procedures. All position responsibilities are performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies, including the Company’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct. As a Shift Supervisor, here's the work you will do: Supervise CIFSO personnel during the assigned shift; conduct roll calls, manage deployments, perform uniform and appearance inspections, and ensure compliance with post orders, policies, and procedures. Manage shift administrative reporting; review and sign incident reports and daily logs, and ensure required incident reporting and notifications are accurate and timely. Respond to and supervise emergencies; coordinate with the Site Manager and emergency responders, and approve and document schedule deviations when unusual conditions require.
