in React/Next.js from the ground-up.\n\nBuild interactive workflows that visualize complex insurance and financial data.\n\nSet and continually increase the bar for UI/UX polish.\n\nBring structure and craft to our frontend codebase, focusing on accessibility, performance, and responsiveness.\n\nHelp establish frontend patterns, design systems, and interface conventions.\n\nSigns you're a good fit\nYou have experience building “power tools,” meaning complex, multi-step interfaces with high functionality.\n\nYou have deep experience with React and Next.js.\n\nYou have deep experience optimizing React performance.\n\nYou have built and maintained a scalable component system or design system.\n\nYou have strong design sensibility and a high bar for UI polish and
