This is a hands-on leadership role that combines graphic design, content creation, video production and editing, website management, and digital marketing management. The Lead will set the creative direction for Daye Bensa Business and its various business units and produce high-quality content, and manage and mentor a small team to deliver it consistently.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreative Direction and Content\nDevelop and lead the content strategy and monthly content calendar for all brands and channels.\nCreate and oversee graphic design work: social media posts, brand identity materials, packaging visuals, menus, posters, billboards, brochures, and other print and digital assets.\nEnsure strong, consistent brand identity, tone, and visual style across all platforms.\nWrite or supervise engaging copy, captions, and storytelling for the brands.\nVideo and Photography\nPlan, shoot, and edit videos such as brand stories, product and process videos, promos, reels, and short-form content.\nOperate cameras and basic lighting and audio equipment, and handle post-production, including color correction and motion graphics.\nManage photography for products, cafes, restaurants, and events.\nDigital Marketing Management\nPlan and manage digital campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn), search, email, and SMS.\nManage paid advertising, budgets, and audience targeting to get the best return.\nManage digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns.\nIntegrate AI tools for marketing (e.g., Chat GPT, Mid-journey, Jasper) to enhance content creation and efficiency.\nWebsite Design and Management\nDesign, update, and manage company websites and landing pages, including any e-commerce functions.\nHandle basic SEO, site speed, content updates, and security with hosting and domain providers.\nIntegrated and Traditional Marketing\nSupport and align traditional marketing (print, outdoor, radio, TV, events, in-store branding) with digital campaigns.\nCoordinate with sales, operations, and outlet teams on promotions, launches, and events.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and assign work to designers, videographers, content creators, and the Marketing Coordinators.\nSet creative standards, review work for quality, and make sure deadlines and budgets are met.\nManage freelancers, agencies, and outside vendors.\nRequirements\nMore than 5 years of progressive experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, and video production.\nProven experience managing and leading a team.\nStrong portfolio showing design, video and digital campaign work.\nGood knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing.\nDesign tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar.\nVideo tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.\nDigital marketing tools: Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media schedulers, and email marketing platforms.\nAI for marketing: hands-on experience using AI tools for content, design, video, and campaign optimization.\nWebsite skills: experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar platforms;
