This role combines business analysis, data analytics, reporting, and program management to help turn cybersecurity data into meaningful insights for leaders.\nYou will work across cybersecurity programs to develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, program scorecards, and executive reporting that show performance, trends, risks, and business impact. A key part of the role is helping leaders understand not only what the data says, but why it matters and what action it may require.\nYou will also use AI and automation to improve how we analyze data, develop reports, and streamline manual processes.\nWe are looking for someone who is analytical, comfortable working independently, and able to turn complex or incomplete information into clear insights and compelling stories.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nDesign, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, including data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and automated refreshes.\nTransform cybersecurity and operational data into meaningful KPIs, KRIs, trends, and actionable insights.\nTranslate data into clear executive-level stories that explain what is happening, why it matters, and where attention may be needed.\nPartner with cybersecurity teams to gather requirements and develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.\nConnect and transform data from multiple sources and help identify and resolve data-quality issues.\nOwn and continuously improve recurring program scorecards and executive reporting.\nUse AI and automation to accelerate analysis, improve reporting, and reduce manual processes.\nSupport program-management activities, including RAID management, milestone tracking, requirements gathering, and process documentation.\nDevelop presentations and communications that make complex cybersecurity information understandable to business and executive audiences.\nFacilitate stakeholder discussions and independently manage deliverables across multiple initiatives and priorities.\nSkills and Experience We Value\nExperience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization, and dashboard development.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex or incomplete data into meaningful insights.\nExcellent data visualization and storytelling skills, particularly for senior and executive audiences.\nStrong business-analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, and documentation.\nExperience developing KPIs, KRIs, scorecards, and performance reporting.\nExperience using AI tools and automation to improve analysis, reporting, or business processes.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is preferred.\nExperience supporting cybersecurity, technology, IT, risk, or other complex operational programs is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Cybersecurity Operations concepts and metrics is an asset.\nAs part of the interview process, candidates may be asked to walk us through a dashboard or analytics solution they have built, including the business problem it addressed and how the insights helped inform decisions or drive
