# Business Systems Analyst

About the Opportunity We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Operations team. This role combines business analysis, data analytics, reporting, and program management to help turn cybersecurity data into meaningful insights for leaders. You will work across cybersecurity programs to develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, program scorecards, and executive reporting that show performance, trends, risks, and business impact. A key part of the role is helping leaders understand not only what the data says, but why it matters and what action it may require. You will also use AI and automation to improve how we analyze data, develop reports, and streamline manual processes. We are looking for someone who is analytical, comfortable working independently, and able to turn complex or incomplete information into clear insights and compelling stories.
