This position provides hands-on Configuration Management, System Administration, Incident Management, and Infrastructure Support, ensuring smooth operations across all Dayforce environments.\n You’ll collaborate with Development, Support, Services, Technology teams, and Dayforce clients to deliver high-quality configurations, enable seamless software upgrades, and drive proactive improvements in system stability and efficiency.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nEnvironment Management: Set up, configure, and maintain Dayforce environments across global data centers, ensuring availability, security, and compliance with platform standards.\nSoftware Deployment & Upgrades: Manage the end-to-end delivery of Dayforce hotfixes, patches, and upgrades, coordinating with Development and Support teams to ensure zero-downtime rollouts.\nConfiguration & Access Management: Support hosting configurations (SFTP, access provisioning, automation tool setup) and maintain strict control of environment permissions and data integrity.\nIncident Response: Investigate, analyze, and resolve system issues and configuration incidents within defined SLAs. Prioritize and escalate critical or go-live-impacting incidents following established processes.\nInfrastructure Monitoring & Health: Respond to alerts from monitoring systems and collaborate with Technology teams to maintain infrastructure health — including disk space, patching, backups, and server performance.\nProcess Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to system reliability, automation, and deployment workflows. Drive process efficiency through scripting, tooling, and documentation.\nCross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot platform or application-specific issues, share best practices, and contribute to technical knowledge bases.\nDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of configuration changes, architecture designs, and operational procedures.
