Solution Advisors should be well versed in Human Capital Management and have the talent to convey value and alignment in a confident and memorable manner. Solution Advisors are responsible for contributing to strategy and thought leadership that positions Dayforce as a leader for all areas of HCM. The Solutions Consultant drives new client acquisition and growth in our existing client base by providing pre-sales technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including identifying client needs and the facilitation of customer product/application understanding through interactive presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks.\nWhat you’ll get to do\nProvides Technical Sales Support\nAnalyses an organisation’s existing HCM environment; proposes and demonstrates how Dayforce’s solutions can better address their requirements and solve business concerns.\nOffers insight and creative solutions to best meet the client’s needs.\nLeads and facilitates demonstrations to provide customer engagement and understanding.\nParticipates in all aspects of the sales cycle including strategising, developing and presenting compelling and relevant solutions.\nContributes to the RFP and demonstration knowledge base.\nShares feedback and best practices to improve the sales team’s effectiveness.\nExhibits Technical Proficiency\nMaintains technical and professional skills to ensure proficiency in product offerings, in-depth knowledge of competition and awareness of industry developments and trends in the marketplace.\nLeverages technical and professional skills to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.\nMaintains Accurate and Timely Customer, Pipeline, and Forecast Data\nCaptures all relevant information in SFDC/CRM system.\nFollows all defined processes and timelines (SOW requirements, deal review process, price setting, service level requirements, demo scripts, expenses, etc.).\nKeeps current on Dayforce processes and any relevant changes.\nSkills and experience we value\nUniversity/College Degree/Diploma or equivalent related work experience.\nMinimum 2+ years’ experience in a technology-related role in a business environment.\nProven knowledge of Human Capital solutions (Payroll, HR, Workforce Management, Talent Management) and related systems.\nExcellent communication (oral and written), problem-solving and organisation skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills;
