This role can require specialization in Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery.\nWhat you'll get to do\nLead and support Business Continuity and technology Disaster Recovery preparation and assurance activities across a global organization.\nSupport drafting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.\nCoordinate business function and technology teams, exercises, and testing activities for various levels of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery maturity.\nFacilitate pre-exercise planning sessions, define scope and success criteria, and produce detailed post-exercise reports outlining outcomes, gaps, and remediation plans.\nTrack remediation action items and drive accountability to ensure recovery objectives are achievable and aligned with business requirements.\nProvide on-call support for the incident response process to support plan activation.\nParticipate in post-incident reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.\nBuild and maintain Crisis Management readiness processes, technologies, and response documentation as needed for event monitoring, leading activation and response steps as needed.\nMaintain strong working relationships with business function leaders, application owners, system administrators, and infrastructure teams, leading them through required planning, documentation, and exercises activities.\nUtilize Business Continuity Management System tools to manage plans, exercise records, and reporting.\nLead annual documentation maintenance, review, and approval processes.\nContribute to audit readiness efforts, supporting internal and external compliance requirements, and provide responses and required evidence of Business Continuity capabilities to customer requests.\nApply all aspects of the Business Continuity Management lifecycle as needed, including:\nThe Business Impact Analysis process\nProcess and technology criticality determination, Recovery Time Objectives, and Recovery Point Objectives\nBusiness Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan development\nLeading technology Disaster Recovery tests and functional Business Continuity exercises\nDevelop and Implement Business Continuity Management related initiatives and awareness programs.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of program materials including framework, policies, and standards.\nProvide input to stakeholders regarding risk mitigation strategies to reduce operational risk profile associated with business processes or technologies and maintain continuity of operations.\nStay informed of technology advances and industry best practices.\nSkills and experience we value\n5-10 years of related experience\nExperience with ISO 22301 compliance\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture, SaaS delivery models, and high-availability infrastructure\nSolutions-oriented team player with demonstrated collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment\nExcellent oral, written and presentation communications skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management\nProject Management skills\nStrong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills\nWillingness and ability to work a schedule aligned with North America business hours\nWhat would make
