discrepancies.\nRespond to employee and stakeholder payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.\nAssist with payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.\nSupport system testing, upgrades, and payroll-related projects as required.\nSkills and experience we value\nPrevious experience in payroll processing, preferably in a medium to large organisation.\nStrong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, awards, and employment conditions.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data.\nExperience using payroll and HR systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly and professionally.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.\nA collaborative team player who builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nCommitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality payroll
