You'll also support reporting and analysis across email, digital, social, events and webinars, helping identify performance trends and key insights. \nThis is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive marketer who enjoys keeping things moving, working with data and systems, and supporting multiple priorities at once. You'll gain hands-on experience across B2B marketing, campaign execution, digital marketing, analytics and project coordination while working as part of a collaborative regional marketing team. \nLocation: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the Philippines. \nWhat You’ll Get to Do \nSupport the coordination and delivery of marketing programs, events and key projects across APJ, ensuring priorities, timelines and deliverables remain on track. \nMaintain and enhance marketing account intelligence, including visibility of key accounts, buyer personas, audience coverage and relevant information gaps. \nMonitor database health and engagement to help identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen marketing reach. \nPrepare regular marketing performance reports across key channels, including email, social, web and content. \nSupport post-campaign and post-event processes, including data clean-up and enrichment to maintain accurate and actionable marketing information. \nWork closely with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to support effective planning, execution and follow-up of marketing activities. \nSkills and Experience We Value \n2-4 years' experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support or project coordination. \nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nHigh attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating across regional and global teams. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. \nStrong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability. \nInterest in marketing analytics and campaign reporting. \nWhat Would Make You Stand Out \nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline. \nExperience supporting B2B marketing campaigns. \nExperience using project management or workflow management platforms. \nExperience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or similar). \nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. \nExposure to marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot is advantageous but not
