The Enablement Project Manager aligns departments, manages interdependencies, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope. Strong Enablement Project Managers are effective change agents for the business and enable the organization to execute efficiently and consistently.\n\nWhat you will get to do\nCreate and lead initiatives that drive change and solutions throughout the business.\nLead cross-functional internal projects and initiatives from initiation through closure\nClearly define project scope, deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities\nDrive alignment across departments and influence stakeholders to support agreed-upon outcomes\nProvide strong leadership, coordination, and coaching to cross-functional team members\nPromote accountability and transparency across all project participants\n\nPerformance Criteria\nCareer development is based on a combination of objective performance metrics and observed leadership behaviors.\nKey performance indicators may include (but are not limited to):\nLeads change that drives improved quality and profitability for Dayforce projects\nAchievement of defined business outcomes\nQuality of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction\nAbility to successfully manage competing priorities\nEffectively manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity\nDemonstrate negotiating and influencing cross-functional stakeholders\nLeads cross-functional teams composed of functional SMEs, operations, technology, and other shared services\nMaintains full accountability for project outcomes\nClarifies roles and responsibilities and drives accountability\nBuilds strong rapport and trust across departments\nEncourages ownership and pride in outcomes\nEnsures all team members understand deliverables and deadlines\nModels reliability and follow-through\nUnderstands the relationship between quality outcomes and overall business performance\nUnderstands how projects align to strategic objectives\nProduces structured, concise, and professional communications\nLeads meetings confidently across diverse stakeholder groups\nTailors messaging based on audience (executive vs. operational)\nFacilitates productive discussion while keeping meetings focused\nManages challenging conversations constructively\n\nSkills and experience we value\nPost-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Technology, or related field\nPMP or equivalent project management certification preferred\nMinimum 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects\nDemonstrated success delivering initiatives on time and within scope\nProficiency in project management tools and methodologies\nStrong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities\nExperience managing technology-enabled or process transformation projects preferred\nStrong knowledge of Human Capital Management\nExperience in HCM software implementation\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tools such as Smartsheet, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook and Office applications\nHands-on experience using AI / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in business applications\nExperience working with data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar); SQL or database experience is a plus\nExperience with content authoring and management systems is an asset\nExperience building or supporting automation, workflows, or scalable solutions\nSolid technical foundation with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies\n\nWhat would make you really stand out\nExperience applying AI tools to improve services delivery and/or other business solutions\nExperience as a project manager, leading cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and deliverables, as well as leading the rollout of solutions\nExperience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations\nExperience supporting customer-facing teams\nProven ability to work in ambiguous environments and build practical solutions from the ground up\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe foster a workplace where employees can grow, collaborate, and achieve meaningful results together.
