excellence.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nPayroll Processing and Compliance\nEnsure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients, including all payroll-impacting changes, tax forms, payments, and reporting.\nConduct quality control and audits to maintain a low error/defect rate.\nProactively manage quarterly and year-end audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.\nPerform payroll adjustments, garnishments, and benefit deductions in compliance with legislative and company policies.\nFor Canada-specific responsibilities: perform monthly reconciliations of tax remittances and validate ROEs as needed.\nClient Support and Issue Resolution\nProvide exceptional payroll support services in alignment with client contracts, SLAs, and regulatory obligations.\nManage client cases within the case management system, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely documentation.\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll issues and respond to employee inquiries promptly.\nAttend and lead client meetings, supporting discussions from a payroll perspective.\nSupport Client Relationship Executives and internal partners with payroll-related requests.\nContinuous Improvement and Leadership\nDrive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and proactive process improvements.\nLead or participate in training sessions for peers and clients as needed.\nCreate, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring quarterly reviews are completed.\nExecute minor configuration updates and adhere to the established Change Control process.\nCollaboration and Partnership\nBuild strong relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors.\nCommunicate effectively and professionally in all interactions, adapting communication style to audience needs.\nContribute to a culture of learning, ownership, and teamwork within the Payroll Services organization.\nSkills and Experience We Value\nMinimum 3 years of U.S. payroll experience (multi-client, high-volume environment preferred).\nExperience processing payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple jurisdictions.\nStrong understanding of quality control and audit standards in payroll operations.\nWorking knowledge of Dayforce HCM or similar cloud payroll systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC literacy.\nMultinational payroll experience (U.S. and Canada) is an asset.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions.\nFlexibility to support clients across time zones (hours of operation between 8 AM – 8 PM EST, with potential weekend or holiday coverage).\nPCP certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months).\nA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.\nExperience in an outsourced or managed payroll environment is an
