We service our Large Enterprise clients, with multiple thousands of employees, by supporting the complete employee lifecycle, including payroll, workforce management, benefits, and contact center, allowing clients to focus on their core business.\nThe ideal candidate will have significant experience in payroll and a strong working knowledge of benefits, workforce management, and tax. They will also have the ability to interface with clients and use critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems.\nWhat You'll Get to Do\nEnsure all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, garnishments, and other payroll components, are processed, reconciled, audited, and transmitted accurately and on time.\nEnsure accurate and timely processing of payroll-impacting changes, tax forms, payments, and payroll processing for assigned clients.\nPerform quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and maintain a low error or defect percentage.\nWork with cross-functional internal partners to resolve client payroll matters and employee inquiries.\nProvide payroll support services to clients according to Dayforce contracts, legislative requirements, and business needs.\nEstablish and maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements and changing needs to ensure services are delivered according to contractual obligations and customer service level agreements (SLAs).\nCreate, update, and review standard operating procedures and perform quarterly document reviews.\nDemonstrate an “I own it” attitude toward deliverables and projects from start to finish.\nManage client- and consumer-related tasks within the case management system, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.\nProactively manage quarter- and year-end payroll auditing and processing.\nThink and act ahead, identify opportunities, and proactively contribute to process improvements.\nSkills and Experience We Value\nMust be available to accommodate shifts within operating hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.\nMust be available to work later or adjust shifts based on client assignments.\nThree or more years of end-to-end payroll processing experience in a high-volume payroll operation of 500 or more employees.\nExperience in the payroll outsourcing or consulting industry is preferred.\nExperience and a clear understanding of payroll, benefits, taxation, and applicable legislative requirements.\nAbility to resolve client issues and provide superior customer service to internal and external partners.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, technically, and effectively with customers and internal partners.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with intermediate proficiency in Excel.\nWhat Would Make You Stand Out\nExperience with Dayforce HCM or similar cloud payroll technology.\nMulti-client payroll processing experience.\nExperience processing payroll for 2,000 or more employees and working with enterprise-sized customers.\nIndustry-related certifications or a desire to obtain certification within two years of employment.\nStrong working knowledge of quality control and auditing
