They work in a project team to provide clients with effective solutions that are aligned to our commitment of reliable, repeatable, and quality implementation practices.\nWhat you'll get to do\nResponsible for managing projects that vary in nature based on solution purchased and complexity of requirements.\nResponsible for contributing to project plans and ensuring project is on time, meets and/or exceeds client expectations and follows internal processes.\nWill work in conjunction with resources within and outside of the team in the completion of an implementation.\nPromotes teamwork among those working on the implementation, developing a working relationship with internal resources, customers, and peers.\nWorks independently at resolving project issues and escalating when appropriate.\nDemonstrates an in-depth understanding of Payroll/HR environment as well as exposure to sub-functions (Finance, benefits administration, labour relations, training development, technical environments).\nConducts preliminary client interviews (needs analysis, gap/fit analysis).\nTranslates business requirements into configuration requirements for Dayforce solutions.\nPrepares customers for implementation completion, including training and first live payroll support.\nTests and documents custom solutions; resolves complex issues using analytical skills.\nDesigns and executes system integration and user acceptance tests.\nEnsures quality of implementation (testing, credentials validation, billing/remittance setup).\nEnsures a smooth transition to the service team.\nSkills and experience we value\nBachelor’s degree\nExposure to basic project management principles\nMinimum 2-4 years in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing, or project coordination\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nSaaS/Cloud experience;
