For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Australia and New Zealand\n\nAbout the opportunity\n\nThe aPay Dayforce Service Consultant participates in all stages of the aPay implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support) under the direction of the Project Manager and may lead one or more of these activities to design and delivery quality payroll solutions to Dayforce customers.\n\nWhat you’ll get to do \nDocument and validate customer business requirements and map them to aPay Dayforce functionality.\nDesign and document innovative solutions to address customer business needs.\nConfigure aPay Dayforce modules to meet customers documented business requirements.\nConduct consulting sessions (over the phone and in-person) and document them with meeting minutes.\nActively participate in customer testing cycles, promptly addressing and resolving any identified issues.\nAttend internal project meetings and provide status updates on the progress of activities and deliverables.\nProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise.\nServe as a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users.\n\nSkills and experience we value \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n5 to 7 years’ experience in a Software Implementation role or 5+ Experience with payroll or related HR systems an advantage;
