The Sr. Services Consultant is considered an expert in HCM consulting with a strong SaaS technology foundation and has been involved in multiple projects of diverse size and complexity with repeated project excellence over time. This individual works independently with customers and can influence outcomes based on knowledge in most or all skill areas. They have already distinguished themselves as an active and visible leader and enjoy coaching others.\nWhat you’ll get to do\nProvide Consulting Services to Customers\nLeads engagements that help prospects and customers determine how Dayforce will impact their HR service delivery that may include key processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, business case, reporting, and analytics.\nEnsures a smooth knowledge transfer process to the Dayforce Implementation team.\nIs considered a subject matter expert on strategic implementations. Can be brought in to assist on projects of various sizes, verticals, and complexity.\nLeads internal and external project and/or design meetings and provides status on progress of consulting services activities and deliverables.\nConducts peer reviews and other internal project quality assurance activities.\nEither leads a CS engagement for Organizational Readiness best practices or provides guidance and input in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce solution.\nAble to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization; comfortable with executives.\nIs cool under pressure; often called on to lead difficult conversations with customers.\nTakes unpopular stance if necessary and in the best interests of the customer/project.\nAble to engage with multiple projects and customers at the same time.\nContribute to Internal Consulting Services Initiatives\nDesign and document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository.\nDocument best practices and share with the Practice.\nLead the subject matter expert (SME) program in at least one area of expertise (HR service delivery, Dayforce, talent management).\nRegularly participate in internal process improvement initiatives.\nFocus on Continuing Education\nContribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basis.\nParticipate in Continuing Education sessions; lead Consulting Services best practice sessions.\nComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release.\nMentor others on HCM best practice implementation of new product features and functionality.\nProvide Sales Support\nSupport the sales cycle through solution review and feedback and assistance with scoping and estimation.\nParticipate in prospect discussions regarding solution overview and implementation considerations from a Consulting Services perspective.\nSkills and experience we value\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nTypically has 3 or more years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider or consultancy.\nTypically has 2 or more years of HCM implementation or relevant applications consulting experience.\nSolid experience in business process mapping, organization readiness, and technology enablement.\nHas expert-level HR operations/business practices and technology enablement experience.\nHas advanced-level HCM SaaS domain and implementation experience.\nHas a knack for simplifying complex technical or business requirements and solutions that often present setbacks for others.\nProficient in Microsoft Office products.\nDeep understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to the customer’s business practices.\nExcellent customer relationship and business acumen.\nDemonstrates full competence in business function.\nAbility to engage with multiple projects and customers at the same time and manage competing priorities.\nExcellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to lead and facilitate customer and internal workshops and sessions.\nAbility to mentor junior consultants through peer reviews and other QA activities.\nActs as role model for Ceridian Cares.\nAbility to provide consulting services scoping and solution guidance in the sales cycle.\nAbility and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.\nWhat would make you stand out\nMaster’s degree or postgraduate coursework an
