These include (but are not limited to) DFLink file exports, Standard Integrations, Web Service API support and use of our Integration Studio software. Project responsibilities include customer requirements gathering, design, development and managing of the developers of the integration solution. Setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to junior consultants, proactively identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager. Responsibilities also include coordinating with Technical Consultants, Mappers and CDX Analysts and other related project activities, communicating with internal and external customers and documentation of project throughout the lifecycle.\nWe put the customer at the centre of everything we do. You will focus on helping our customers transform every area of HCM to help them succeed with Dayforce. You will provide best-in-class guidance to maximise the value of their Dayforce investment.\nWhat you’ll get to do\nProvide Implementation Services to Customers\nWork with key stakeholders to understand and help to shape the strategy and vision for the solution with regards to integrations\nDevelop and maintain the architecture vision and roadmaps for the solution\nIdentify opportunities for the use of existing Dayforce technology in delivering integration solutions\nSupport the design of logical and physical components of the solution\nCollaborate with the customer, 3rd parties and Dayforce’s PM to deliver the solutions\nEnsure that the design of the end-to-end solution are consistent and conform with the integration strategy and architectural principles of Dayforce\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nUnderstand the impact of decisions on delivery and/or financial implications\nContribute to internal Implementation initiatives\nDocument solutions and contribute to a solutions repository\nDocument best practices and share with the Practice, respond to questions\nFocus on Continuing Education\nComplete new release training on a timely basis;
