We are particularly interested in engineers who can go beyond traditional testing approaches by effectively using AI to generate test scenarios, identify edge cases, accelerate automation development, and continuously improve test coverage.\nWhat You'll Get to Do:\nDesign, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and backend services.\nBuild and enhance scalable, maintainable automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent technologies.\nAnalyze functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies and test cases.\nApply risk-based testing techniques to identify critical business scenarios, boundary conditions, and potential defects.\nLeverage AI-powered tools to generate, refine, and optimize test cases, test data, and automation scripts.\nDesign automated tests covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide continuous quality feedback.\nCollaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\nInvestigate complex defects, analyze application logs, and perform root-cause analysis.\nValidate data integrity and business rules across application layers, APIs, and databases.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, story refinement, and technical discussions.\nMentor junior QA engineers and promote modern quality engineering practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve test automation coverage, execution efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.\nSkills and Experience We Value:\nTest Automation and Quality Engineering\nStrong hands-on experience in software testing and test automation.\nProven experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.\nProficiency with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.\nStrong programming or scripting skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or equivalent languages.\nSolid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.\nExperience with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.\nStrong knowledge of test case design techniques, including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, and negative testing.\nExperience with REST API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent frameworks.\nUnderstanding of relational databases and SQL for backend data validation.\nExperience with Git, code reviews, and test automation development practices.\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving
