This is more than a job - it’s an opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team and help shape the future of global data infrastructure.\nIf you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne’s next chapter.\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and manage end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nCollaborate with the capacity planning team to understand future capacity requirements and ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of new capacity.\nDevelop and execute operational readiness plans, including testing, documentation, and training, to ensure new capacity is fully operational upon integration.\nImplement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all new capacity meets company standards and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on operations.\nProvide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.\nCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a focus on capacity planning and integration.\nProven experience in project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.\nStrong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and cooling systems.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.\nHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
