Analytics & Reporting\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and management decision-making.\n\nBuild reusable, high-quality datasets and semantic models.\n\nOptimize report performance, usability, and data refresh strategies.\n\nEstablish Power BI standards, best practices, and deployment processes.\n\n2. Data Integration & Platform\nDesign and implement data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.\n\nManage enterprise data lake/lakehouse structures.\n\nPerform data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing from multiple source systems.\n\nEnsure data quality, reliability, and scalability.\n\n3. Data Lake & Data Warehouse Architecture\nContribute to and maintain enterprise data lake and data warehouse architecture.\n\nDefine logical and physical data models for analytics and reporting.\n\nEstablish dimensional modelling and architecture standards.\n\nEnsure performance, security, and audit compliance in data design.\n\n4. Stakeholder & Governance Responsibilities\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather and refine analytics requirements.\n\nProvide advisory support on KPIs, data models, and dashboard design.\n\nEnsure data governance, access controls, and compliance requirements are met.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent.\n\n5-8 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data platform roles.\n\nStrong hands-on Power BI experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or any other data warehouse / data lake solution\n\nProficiency in SQL and data modelling concepts.\n\nStrong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nGlobal experience across Asia, Europe and America is preferred\n\nDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
