This is more than a job - it’s an opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team and help shape the future of global data infrastructure.\nThe Senior IT Engineer (Server) is responsible for the deployment, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network, server, and data center infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with infrastructure project delivery, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure IT environments that support business operations.\nThe successful candidate will provide Level 2 support across network and server domains, lead infrastructure implementations, maintain operational excellence, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure Project Delivery & Management\nSupport the end-to-end delivery of data center and IT infrastructure projects, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and transition to operations.\nDevelop and maintain project scope, work breakdown structures (WBS), project schedules, RACI matrices, and risk registers.\nEnsure projects are delivered in alignment with business objectives, technical standards, budget, and timelines.\nCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful infrastructure deployments and operational readiness.\nTrack project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while driving timely issue resolution.\nStakeholder Communication & Governance: provide clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle as well as prepare project status reports, executive summaries, implementation updates, and post-project documentation.\nPromote best practices in project governance, documentation, and change management.\nNetwork Infrastructure Support (Level 2)\nProvide Level 2 operational support for enterprise, workplace, and data center networks.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents involving routing, switching, connectivity, and network performance.\nParticipate in network design, capacity planning, scalability assessments, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.\nCreate and maintain standardized device configuration templates, deployment scripts, and implementation procedures.\nCollaborate with Network Operations teams to improve operational processes, service quality, and delivery efficiency.\nDevelop and maintain network operational standards, runbooks, and technical documentation.\nSupport infrastructure lifecycle activities including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.\nContribute to network monitoring, automation, reporting, and operational tooling initiatives.\nSystems Infrastructure Support (Level 2)\nProvide Level 2 support for server, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure platforms.\nPerform day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of enterprise systems.\nMonitor infrastructure health, identify system bottlenecks, and implement improvements to maintain service availability and performance.\nManage capacity planning for critical business systems, applications, and services.\nExecute backup operations and support disaster recovery testing and business continuity initiatives.\nAdminister and support virtualization technologies including VMware vCenter, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM/AHV environments.\nManage and support server hardware platforms including Dell and HPE infrastructure and associated storage solutions.\nIdentify, remediate, and patch infrastructure vulnerabilities across Windows Server and Linux environments.\nSupport Microsoft collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related services.\nParticipate in infrastructure standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nData Center & Infrastructure Operations\nSupport the deployment, expansion, and operational management of data center, enterprise network, and workplace infrastructure environments.\nEnsure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and compliance with operational standards.\nMaintain accurate infrastructure inventories, diagrams, asset records, and operational documentation.\nParticipate in incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis activities.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and infrastructure resilience.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nMinimum 3 years of experience managing and supporting medium-to-large enterprise network and server environments in rapidly scaling international environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.\nExperience administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems.\nHands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vCenter/ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM/AHV.\nExperience supporting enterprise server and storage infrastructure.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nFluent in English and Spanish\nPreferred\nITIL Foundation Certification and/or Agile Project Management experience.\nMicrosoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent).\nCisco CCNP, Huawei HCIP, or equivalent networking certifications.\nKnowledge of infrastructure monitoring,
