The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management within high-availability environments. You will be responsible for delivering data center projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end data center construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.\nDevelop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.\nManage internal teams, external vendors, contractors, engineers, and consultants.\nMonitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards.\nEnsure all permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.\nTrack and report on project milestones, deliverables, and risk factors.\nOversee quality control, health and safety, and change management processes.\nManage financial tracking, budget adherence, and cost optimization.\nCoordinate commissioning and integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.\nEnsure project documentation, closeout reports, and handover to operations are completed.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.\n10+ years of project management experience, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments.\nProven experience managing large-scale construction projects with mechanical and electrical complexity.\nPMP, or equivalent certification preferred.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.\nDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
