This role is ideal for a proactive risk professional who thrives in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nERM Framework Implementation\nSupport the implementation of DayOne’s ERM Framework.\nAct as a key second line of defence, providing independent oversight and reporting over risk status and activities across all business functions.\nSupport the alignment of the DayOne’s risk appetite and tolerance levels with its business strategic objectives and operational priorities.\nSupport the alignment with the risk appetite through the use of key risk indicators (KRIs) and other performance metrics.\nRisk Identification, Assessment, Mitigation & Reporting\nSupport risk identification and assessment exercises, facilitate risk workshops and documentation of risk registers.\nSupport ongoing monitoring and periodic evaluation of risk exposure, mitigation effectiveness and emerging risks.\nSupport the Head of Risk to enable clear and timely risk reporting to Senior Management, Audit Committee and the Board.\nGovernance & Stakeholder Engagement\nServe as a trusted business partner for the execution of risk initiatives across functions and geographies.\nRisk Culture & Awareness\nSupport risk awareness programs, including trainings and targeted communications to foster an active risk culture across DayOne.\nInsurance Management\nServe as a key liaison between our internal stakeholders and external insurance broker, ensuring comprehensive insurance coverage and adequate insurance program monitoring.\nOversee and coordinate with the external insurance broker to ensure timely subscription and renewal of all required corporate insurance policies.\nReview and assess insurance policy terms for adequacy and alignment with business needs and risk appetite.\nDevelop and implement an insurance monitoring program in collaboration with the broker to ensure risk mitigation across the organization.\nSupport the business on insurance-related matters.\nA successful applicant should have:\nBachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience in risk consulting, enterprise risk management, insurance or internal audit.\nStrong technical knowledge risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) and best practices.\nStrong understanding of corporate insurance products and coverage strategies.\nProficient in managing risk registers and risk reporting tools.\nStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, scaled, and geographically distributed infrastructure environment.\nPreference for candidates with Big 4 Risk Consulting experience and exposure to the data center or tech infrastructure industry.\nDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
